STEP ONE:
2024-25 Class Schedules
Hi! Enrollment for all of our recital classes is closed for this season (seasons ends May 31, 2025).
Dance Cirque (ages 6-18), Little Cirque (ages 3-5), and Dance is Fun (age 2) are still open for enrollment, since those classes don’t participate in the recital. If you would like to be added to our interest list for summer and next season, please email us through the contact page with your information.
If you are here to register for Cirque or Dance is Fun, please follow the steps below.

Step Two:
There are 3 steps, so don’t forget to come back to this page to actually fill out your enrollment form once you get your wellness account set up!
Setup/Update Your WellnessLiving Account
If you were a Dimensions student between the Fall of 2019 and today, you already have a WellnessLiving account. However, it is a good idea to log in and make sure all your information is correct!
If you are NEW to the studio: Be sure to set up an account before filling in the enrollment form. Also, due to how we place students, you won’t be able to enroll in specific classes through WellnessLiving directly (you’ll do that in the next step).
Please set up the WellnessLiving account under a parent or guardian name first! Then you can log in and add your child/children in the “Relationship” section of the app.

STEP THREE:
Now fill out the enrollment form below to complete the process.
Once completed, we’ll reach out (typically within one business day) to confirm the details. If you are enrolling more than one student, please fill the form out separately for each child.
STOP! If you have already registered for 2024-25 and need to make class changes, please email info@dimensions.dance. Do not fill out this form again.
